Day 1 : Arrival in Lima
Welcome to Peru - the land of incredible wonders and ancient history. Upon your arrival you will be greeted by our tour representative who will help you get transferred and checked in to your hotel. The rest of the day will be free for you to spend in leisure and relaxation. If you want, you can head out and explore the rich natural beauty and wonders of Lima.

Day 2 : Lima City Tour
After breakfast, you will be taken on a fully guided tour of the city of Lima which is also known as the 'City of Kings'. The city is dotted with picturesque churches, sits of cultural and historical importance, and exquisite colonial buildings highlighting the immaculate architectural brilliance.
The first stop of the tour will be at the Huaca Pucllana - an unmissable part of your trip to Lima. The site represents the ancient cultural and administrative centre of Lima culture through clay pyramids. You will then be driven to the city centre so you can go an an enriching stroll around the main square - the Plaza de Armas of Lima. The square houses the majestic Lima cathedral and the Santo Domingo Convent along with its extensive monastery. All of this will give you a deeper insight into the rich history of the magnificent past of the country.

Day 3 : Lima - Cusco - Sacred Valley (Urubamba)
After breakfast you will check out from your hotel in Lima and get transferred to the Port of Tambopata River and then continue your way to the city of Puerto Maldonado. Upon arriving you will be transferred to the airport to board your flight headed for Cusco.
Upon arriving in Cusco, you will continue your journey onwards to the Sacred Valley of Incas. En route you will make a brief stop and interact the community of Chinchero. During the stop over you will be made to interact with the locals of Chinchero who are known for their unique textile manufacturing. Observe the entire manufacturing process and weaving techniques that have been passed down from generations making Peru one of the leading producers of some amazing textiles around the world. Every icon used in the weaving process also holds immense significance that you will be told about from the locals.
After spending a full day in cultural immersion you will be transferred back to your hotel in Urubamba.

Day 4 : Sacred Valley Full Day Tour (Urubamba)
After breakfast you will be picked up from the hotel and taken for a full day of Sacred Valley Tour. En route a short stopover will be made at the village of Pisac which is settled around the sacred river of Urubamba. Visit the colourful, traditional marketplace in the village and witness the local life. After spending half n hour at the marketplace make your way up to the ruins of Pisac that is settled on top of a hill at the entrance of the valley.
At the Pisac archaeological site you'll be exploring the extensive ruins that lays against the stunning backdrop. A guided tour will take place that will let you know everything you need to know about the history of these ruins. Witness the ancient settlements, places of worship, caves, and the famous Intihuatana.
After spending 90 minutes at the Pisac ruins, you will be transferred to Urubamba for lunch (not included).
After a road trip of just half n hour you will reach your next destination of the day - Ollantaytambo which is an ancient Inca Town and an archaeological site. This site had served as the royal estate of the Inca emperor Pachacuti, who are responsible for conquering the region and building a town with a ceremonial centre.
After spending an hour of exploring the ruins where you will also learn about the unique agricultural methods, complex series of stone water fountains, brilliant engineering and skilled craftsmanship of the Inca stonemasons, you will be made to head back to your hotel.

Day 5 : Sacred Valley - Machu Picchu - Cusco
Check out of your hotel after breakfast and get transferred to one of the most iconic tourist attractions in the world. Machu Picchu or 'the lost city of incas' is a UNESCO world heritage site and one of the seven wonders of the world. This 15th century wonder consists of well preserved ruins of a city that once thrived there. Did you know that Machu Picchu remained a secret until its discovery in 1911? The highlights at the site include the imposing Temple of the Sun, the house of the priest, the sacred plaza, and the intricately carved out rock that is believed to had served as a sundial for the ancient Incans.
After exploring this immaculately preserved ancient city you will be boarding the train back to Poroy. On reaching Poroy you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel in Cusco.

Day 6 : Cusco City Tour
After breakfast, a full day city tour of Cusco will take place. Get ready to be enthralled with the magic of Cusco which had served as the imperial capital of the Incas. The starting point for the tour will be at the Koricancha and the Santo Domingo church. Koricancha is believed to be the most sacred and important sites among the Quechua world.There was a time when the walls of the Koricancha were covered in gold and decorated with life-sized statues of plants and animals made out of gold and silver.
The next stop will be the Cusco Cathedral where you will have a look at the awe inspiring works of Cusco school of painters. Later on, you will be made to head for your next stop of Sacsayhuaman which is a marvellous work of ancient masonry and craftsmanship. The most striking feature of this site are the massive stone walls that are equivalent to the size of a truck. They are intricately and smartly cut up and perfectly fitted together. After exploring this impressive Incan construction you will head over to your next destination of Tambomachay.
Tambomachay archaeological complex was an important ceremonial centre during the bygone Incan era. It is also sometimes referred to as teh bath of the incas and the cult of water used to perform various spiritual rites here.
After a full day of exploration you will head back to your hotel in Cusco.

Day 7 : Cusco - Puno
After a delicious breakfast you will be picked up from your hotel, early in the morning and dropped off at the bus station. The bus will come with a tour guide who will then help you get assisted to your next destination of Puno. En route stop over at some interesting tourist attractions like:
• Andahuaylillas: The Sistine Chapel of South America. This church is one of the most beautiful examples of Andean popular religious art.
• Raqchi (Wiracocha God Temple): This was an Inca church of considerable dimensions; 328 feet long, 85 feet wide and 45 feet high. The temple is divided into two naves, and each nave has 11 large columns.
• La Raya: This is the half-way point between Cusco and Puno and also the highest point (14,222 feet above sea level). The landscapes here are stunning and typical Andean animals like the llama, alpaca and vicuña are familiar sights. It is also the geographic border between two cultures - Quechua and Aymara.
• Pukara: This is the most important and oldest ceremonial center of the altiplano. There are new lite-sculptures and tombs.
Upon your arrival in Puno by evening you will be checked in to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 8 : Puno - Full Day Tour of Uros and Taquile Islands - Puno
After breakfast you will be transferred to the port of Puno where you will board a motor boat to take you to the first destination of the day which is the floating Uros Islands, which is situated just 25 minutes away from the port. These collection of around 65 floating islands still have people living happily for a very long time now. You will get the opportunity to interact with the locals, visit their home, speak to them and observe their lifestyle. After spending a quality hour at the island you will head on to your next destination of Taquile Island. Situated at a distance of 2 hours, this island is inhabited by the traditional Quechua speaking communities. It is rich in ancient agricultural terraces and some ruins that dates back to the pre-Incan era. Upon reaching the island you will be walking up a narrow path while also enjoying expansive views of the surrounding Lake Titicaca. It is said that the traditional houses on the island belongs to the direct descendants of the Incans. You will be given free time to explore the island on your own. Afterwards you will be transferred back to your hotel in Puno.

Day 9 : Puno - Colca
Check out of your hotel after breakfast, early in the morning. On this day you will be driven to Chivay Village which is about 5 hours of road journey away. On the way explore the rich Andean biodiversity, landscapes, and South American Camelids.
For lunch, you will be taken to Lodge La Casa de Mamayachhi, which is situated in Coporaque Town. Head out for a short, guided post lunch walk where you will observe the stunning surroundings and learn more about the region's past. Next on the 'to-do' list will be a rejuvenating dip in the natural hot water spring. Finally after spending an eventful day you will check in to your hotel in Colca.

Day 10 : Colca - Arequipa
After breakfast and post check out, you will be taken for a visit to the 'Cruz del Condor' point. Enjoy the stunning views of the surroundings and the gorgeous canyon that will take your breath away. After taking pictures and spending some quality time, you will be taken on an hour long guided walk near the canyon.
On the way back, a brief visit to the traditional village of Pinchollo will take place. Here you will check out the 1,500 year old terraces from the 'Antahuilque Viewpoint'. Another stop over at the point of 'Choquetico' will also take place along with its hanging tombs.
Finally, you will be checked in to your hotel in Aequipa which is 4 hours of road journey away.

Day 11 : Arequipa - Lima
After breakfast, check out of your hotel in Arequipa and head out for your excursion of the day. Turn back time by going for a refreshing walk through the Monastery Santa Catalina monument which is one of the most important tourist attractions in Arequipa city and boasts of a history that dates back to three centuries ago. Go on an enchanting walk on the Arequipa's Main Square which is dominated by the presence of an old school, towering Cathedral. Next in line would be a visit to the Andenes Museum where you can also witness the Juanita Mummy. After getting to know more about the ancient past of Peru, you will be transferred to your next destination of the traditional town of Yanahuara. Explore the gorgeous plaza and the stunning volcanoes for which the city is known for.
After a wholesome lunch meal you will be transferred to the airport where you will board the flight for Lima. Upon reaching Lima, with the help of a representative you will get assisted and checked in to your hotel.
